How I like to work?
Any company being small or Big they are looking to build the Brand and then Grow the brand accordingly to drive sales and resources. They want the money to come in a jiffy an reduce long term costs and become known in the Digital and social world.
To begin with, in any company I have always focused on my main motto, 'What you are not going to do?' This means, we have to define the company goals (which include mission, vision, objectives etc.) This is the first step where I begin with. Being dazzled by the work of David Ogilvy, Amit Raje and God I have decided to focus on Data and creativity. If they are together, you are the king!
The second step is focusing on Marketing strengths and weakness of the company which includes Strategy, Content, Resources, People and Time. In any case originality and time are the key to take the brand to the next level (This includes Culture, as culture eats strategy for breakfast!)
The Third and the final step is execution. This includes the campaigns and timely manner of updation.
